Executive & Technical Experience
- Deputy Director-level NNSA Headquarters leadership supporting enterprise safety engineering, worker safety and health, fire protection, electrical-safety interfaces, QA, safety-basis interfaces, accident investigation, corrective action, readiness, and cross-site program evaluation.
- Enterprise fire protection subject matter expert supporting design reviews, capital-project integration, safety evaluation reports, safety basis review activities, readiness, technical positions, equivalencies, and field-office reach-back.
- Previously led fire protection engineering for nuclear, radiological, plutonium, glovebox, high-hazard laboratory, R&D, and mission-critical facilities at Savannah River National Laboratory.
- Qualified at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Safety Basis Analyst after completing the LANL Safety Basis Academy, with experience in hazard analysis, control selection, DSA/PDSA integration, TSR interfaces, and safety authorization basis documentation.
- Led or supported more than 115 fire protection engineering projects across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, including Saudi Aramco, gas plants, refineries, pipelines, storage tanks, industrial facilities, NEOM, SPARK, special hazards, and critical infrastructure.

- Voting member of the ICC Performance Code Rewrite Committee; chair for three chapter revisions and co-chair for a fourth.

- Served as Senior Review Coordinator supporting NNSA Office of Infrastructure independent technical and peer reviews for capital asset projects exceeding $50 million under DOE O 413.3B.
